AWE Asia is a yearly Extended Reality (XR) industry conference showcasing new trends and technologies in XR software and hardware. The 2021 conference was held at the Marriott Hotel Financial Center in Chengdu, China.
This year, 24 exhibitors showcased their products and 6 new products were launched at the conference. Forte Solutions Asia’s Shenzhen based account manager Jan-Philipp Klein attended the show on behalf of client Kopin Corporation, a leading developer of high-resolution microdisplays, display subassemblies and head-mounted display systems.

Smart glasses and optical module manufacturers exhibiting at the show included Shadow Creator, Madgaze, Guangli, Rokid, HiAR, INMO, EM3, LLVision, Lingxi AR, Huynew and Realmax. New hardware product launches included Madgaze’s Wave, Guangli’s Holoswim, HiAR’s H100, the Rokid Air, the INMO Air and the EM3 Stellar.
